Checking-In

When you arrive at our clinic, please visit the front desk to check in. Our team will ask to see your health card and confirm or update your personal and contact details to ensure everything is accurate in our system at every visit.
Before Seeing Your Doctor

After check-in, you’ll be invited to wait comfortably in our waiting area. Depending on the nature of your visit, our clinical team will guide you through a series of basic and advanced diagnostic tests. These may include:
-
Vision checks
-
Eye pressure measurements
-
Optical scans and imaging
-
Cataract and/or retinal assessments
-
And other specialized evaluations
Some tests may take place in different rooms, but our trained technicians will guide you throughout the process to make things seamless and clear.
Pupil Dilation

For many appointments, especially those requiring a thorough examination or retinal procedures, your eyes may need to be dilated. This is often communicated during your appointment confirmation, but it can also be decided on the day depending on your condition.
Because dilation can affect your ability to drive, we recommend arranging transportation just in case.
Consultation with Your Doctor

Once your testing is complete, you will meet with your doctor to review the results and discuss a personalized treatment plan. They will perform a detailed examination and take the time to explain their findings and recommendations.
Our clinic offers a range of in-office procedures, including:
-
Intravitreal injections
-
YAG laser capsulotomy
-
Retinal laser treatments
They are committed to clear, compassionate communication and will ensure all your questions are answered.
After Your Appointment

Before you leave, please check in with our front desk to:
-
Schedule any required follow-up visits
-
Receive information if you’re being placed on a surgical waitlist
If surgery is advised, one of our surgical coordinators can meet with you to review your options, explain lens types, and walk you through the next steps.
